I don’t quite remember what this product did, but it was something like you’d come home, put your cell on the cradle and it would re-direct the calls to your cell phone to your house line. So basically it was an optical switch. It was a lot like working on a school project, because we were working to produce a quick working prototype, and there wasn’t the usual corporate oversight. The design is pretty bland, but it’s meant to fit in with contemporary furniture in the home. I remember that we worked very closely with the model makers to make boards and screws fit easily.
